The sports massage is a preparation massage before or a recovery after a training session or a competition.
It is strong enough to work and relax the muscle fibres, eliminate toxins and lactic acid produced by the effort, and release tension.
It is an invigorating massage which deeply relaxes the muscles, practised by all top-level as well as by amateur sportsmen and women.

At the institute: 60 minutes 120 fr. / 100 fr. student price, AVS
At home *: Price on request.
